Welcome to The 11th International Technical Conference on Frontiers of Hydraulic and Civil Engineering Technology! HCET2026 will be held from 25–27 September 2026 in Hangzhou, China.

The 11th HCET2026 is organized by the China Construction Seventh Engineering Division Corp. Ltd. and Henan Polytechnic University, and co-supported by the International Centre for Safety and Sustainability of Civil Engineering at Huaqiao University, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), CCCC Construction Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd (MBEC), Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Toronto Metropolitan University (Canada), University of Texas at Arlington (USA), Goethe University Frankfurt (Germany), Rongzhi Sciences and Technology Center, and other distinguished institutions.

HCET2026 encourages academics, scholars, engineers, young scientists, and students to meet and exchange ideas in an international forum that stimulates respectful dialogue. This event offers an exceptional opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, make new contacts, network, and facilitate partnerships across disciplinary, national, and cultural borders.

Since its founding in 2013, HCET has brought participants together through a variety of events and platforms to promote and celebrate interdisciplinary studies, underlining their importance. We have engaged in numerous interdisciplinary initiatives that we believe will have a significant impact on domestic and international hydraulic and civil engineering discourse and outcomes. In particular, we encourage young scientists and engineers to promote the coordinated development of intelligent building in China.

HCET's unique global platform facilitates discussion in specific subject areas, with the goal of generating new knowledge, technology, and applications, while forging and expanding international, intercultural, and interdisciplinary research networks and partnerships.
